Refund & Cancellation Policy – Malayaraya Matrimony
Malayaraya Matrimony offers paid membership plans for enhanced access and features.
Users may cancel their membership at any time
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment
Technical error resulting in non-activation of service
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with matches or responses
Partial usage of membership
No guarantee of matrimonial outcome
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
